Tahoe Highlands Consulting was established to meet the ever growing demand for electricity in the utility industry. The number of devices the average person has, electric vehicles, smart houses, cloud storage, and the list goes on and on… Whether it be building new data centers, nuclear plants, or system upgrades, all of that work requires technical distribution, transmission, and substation expertise. Our team brings only the best to oversee and advise such projects to ensure quality and provide the future generations with safe reliable infrastructure.

All of our Field Hands have completed a National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) apprenticeship that consist of classroom curriculum and on the job training before becoming a Journeyman. All have a minimum of 10+ years experience, OSHA certified, CPR/First Aid, and are Code of Excellence certified.
